DRAW Artist Agency was founded in July 2008 in Warsaw, Poland. The company’s staff consists of four close friends who share an unconventional approach to their objectives, an inclination to experiment and strong determination for success. Together they have set up DRAW in order to revive Poland’s cultural life.

Jakub Radkowski is DRAW’s Managing Director. A music fan since his early school years, he launched his media career as a teenager. Radkowski’s reputation as a music critic and journalist had grown by leaps and bounds and by 2005 he took up the position of editor-in-chief at Screenagers.pl, one of Poland’s best-known internet independent music magazines. Then he quickly moved on to find his place at bigger media: ‘PULP’, a monthly indie-pop magazine and ‘Wirtualna Polska’, Poland’s second biggest web portal. Currently he works as the Marketing Manager at a wine company, Vinobilia Polska.

Borys Dejnarowicz is DRAW’s Artistic Manager. The company’s high-profile member has been a recognizable artist, critic and journalist for nearly a decade now. As a singer, songwriter and guitarist for an esteemed indie-rock act, The Car Is On Fire, he received the ‘Best Alternative Album’ award (2006’s Lake & Flames) at the annual Polish record industry awards ceremony. After quitting the group in the summer of 2007, he launched a solo career, releasing the widely-discussed Divertimento album. He is also the co-leader of CNC – a project that released a mini-album called No Mood in 2009. It is worth to mention that both records were released at the company’s record label, DRAW Records. Dejnarowicz is also a co-originator of Porcys.com, Poland’s pioneering independent music magazine, and a music DJ at Polish Radio Euro.

Kuba Ambrożewski is DRAW’s Logistics Manager. An economist by profession, he has been pursuing his media career for seven years now. As a music critic and journalist, Ambrożewski contributed to many respectable media publications, such as the online service of Poland’s most prestigious radio broadcasting station ‘Trójka’ (Channel III) or monthly magazines ‘Machina’ and ‘PULP’. Since 2005, he hosts a music programme called ‘Maxisingiel’ at Warsaw University’s Radio Kampus. Ambrożewski is also a long-time leading figure at the aforementioned Screenagers.pl website and has been its editor-in-chief since 2006. Along with Dejnarowicz, he off-handedly runs a DJ-ing squad Stanley Menzo.

Jakub Waszczuk is DRAW’s PR & Marketing Manager. He is public relations specialist and he recently resigned from his Account Executive position at the global PR agency Grayling (formerly known as Mmd). During his four-year career at the company’s office, he was handling interests of large brands such as Skype or Discovery Channel. He was also responsible for expanding the company’s competence in the domain of social media. At the moment, Waszczuk is ready to dedicate his experience, time and passion to DRAW’s business in full-time.

In order to reshape Poland’s cultural landscape, the agency works on establishing a whole new range of innovative and exciting projects in the areas of music industry and social media. DRAW’s long-term ambition is to become a quality-guaranteeing brand. Its members have joined their forces in belief and dedication to what they want to achieve.
